His Owner takes the leash and leads him thru the house and out into the garage, he is lead around to the back passenger’s door and the door is open.
He hears his Owners deep voice “Get in”, He is reluctant but knows he needs to obey his Owner. He climbs in the back seat from his K-9 all four stance to sitting as a human. As he knows his Master is about safety. Owner locks him into place with the seat belt, unhooks the leash and puts a rubber bone in his mouth. Owner gets into the car push the button to open the garage door and he starts the car. As the door comes to a stop K-9 feels the care start to move, and they are on their way to the Vet.
During the ride K-9 is looking out the window and watches the world go by, watching all the other Dogs in the yards playing, sleeping, even chasing a cat or squirrel. Wishing it was him playing outside right now.
K-9 feels the car stop he look out front and they are at a stop light. He looks out of the window of the driver side and sees another dog with his head out the window, he enjoying the cool breeze with his tong hanging out. K-9 feels the car start to move and he remembers he is but a Human K-9 and his owners has him locked into his seat, with a seatbelt, so he cannot get hurt.
About an hour into the drive and way out of the suburbs, He is watching the scenery of the country side roll by. And he is starting to worry about where his Owner is taking him. This is not the way to the normal vet he has been taken to before. It is a nice ride, he trust and loves his Owner. He knows he is in good hands but where are they going.
During all this worrying, K-9 feels the car slowing and down and he looks out his window and sees a big farm and lots of animal from horses and cow.
K-9 feels the care turn right, onto a gravel drive. As they drive up the long drive-way and around to the back of the house. He sees a big red barn and other cars and trucks parked along the front.
As K-9 is looking around to get an idea of his surroundings, he sees another Human K-9 being lead out of the main door with a cone around his neck just behind his ears. It looks way to big for him and he can tell his poor brother looks so unhappy.
The car comes to a stop, “I will be right back” his Owner tells him and gets out of the car. He has left the car running so the air can stay on so K-9 will stay cool.
K-9 is still watching the other human K-9 and his Owner head towards their truck. As the other Owner opens the passenger door and tells his K-9 to get in, this is when he sees why the big cone around his neck.
